Our Kathy is a Boston Bound
After some technical difficulties with the Shepparton Marathon being listed as a registered AIMS certified course, Kathy Fuller was able to use the Shepparton course and her time as a Boston Qualifier.
Well done Kathy and good luck.
Liam Edwards cycles in the big league.
Liam Edwards is currently in New Zealand riding for National Road Series Team “AMR Renault Racing” on his first trip overseas. Liam takes on the five-day gruelling “New Zealand Cycle Classic” today (Wednesday) for the next five days. This race is raced as a UCI (Union Cycliste Internationale) 2.2 division race with Division 1 being the likes of Tour de France. Riders have come from across the world to content this hotly contested race which is New Zealand’s version of the “Jayco Sun Herald Tour”.
Today was Stage 1 of the five Stage NZ Cycle Classic and Liam got 19th out of a field of 111 riders…he is very happy.
Liam after today’s stage 2. Finished in 22nd place and 6th in Young Riders Category. He got a flat 30km from the finish and had buried himself to get back to the peleton. He is very happy though with his efforts
Well done Liam, what a massive achievement. Be proud of your achievements as we all are. Keep up the good work.

NEW NEW NEW
Last Sunday Chris and Norah hosted Sam, Tara, & myself on a Sunday run in Numurkah. We ran along the river bank following the trail and this incorporated some road running as well.
After the run, we all headed to the Mierlo for breakfast.
Chris loaned me a book about the Melbourne Marathon called the wall. The history of the Melbourne Marathon 1978 – 2012. I will read it and take parts out for the newsletter. Their will be a test at the end of the year, so please study. I just hope I don’t fail. For the record, I did my first Big M Melbourne marathon in 1984 as a 21-year-old in a time of 3:38:00. How I wished I did more in my 20s. The course back then was from Frankston to the Melbourne art centre.
The Wall. The history of the Melbourne Marathon 1978 – 2012.
Steve Moneghetti’s first introduction to the Melbourne marathon was in 1979 as a spectator to watch the Ballarat Harriers run. Steve considered himself as a marathon groupie watching the Ballarat Harriers run the Melbourne marathon before getting involved a few years later. Monna regrets not doing Melbourne marathon in his prime as his first marathon was in 1986 at the Commonwealth Games in Edinburgh. This was where his marathon was the last minute decision after doing the 10,000 on the track.
In 1993 Mona did the Melbourne marathon as a long training run. In a time of 2:46:47 half an hour behind the winner.
One of the best things about Melbourn marathon according to Monna is that everyone has a story of the early days when it was the Big M whether it be the train trip down or the head win running.
Mona is pleased that the Melbourne marathon numbers have passed the boom numbers of the 80s. In 2012 the race grew in status with Athletics Australia making it a world championship trial for Mosco. I remember reading about Deeks running the Victorian Marathon championship at point cook in 1979 and I am sure having the elite run beside you is motivation.
Stay cool with these Berry swirl yoghurt pops.
Method
1. Blend yoghurt, vanilla and half the icing sugar in a blender or food processor until combined. Transfer mixture to a jug.
2. Add berries and the remaining icing sugar to blender or food processor. Pour in 1 cup of the vanilla yoghurt mixture and process until smooth and combined.
3. One-third fill popsicle moulds with vanilla yoghurt mixture then top up moulds with berry mixture.
4. Run a skewer through mixture in each mould to create a swirled effect.
5. Place moulds in freezer for 1 hour then insert a popsicle stick in each one and return to freezer for several hours or overnight until frozen solid.
6. Remove popsicles from moulds just before serving. If popsicles are difficult to remove, wrap a warm damp cloth around moulds for a few seconds and they should slide out easily.
Tip: Popsicle moulds are available in different shapes and sizes from department stores and specialty kitchen shops. Popsicle sticks are available from newsagents and craft shops.

Have a great running week and Stay hydrated.

Parkrun international news – Since the very first event in 2004, so far there have been 40,605,326 completed parkruns…
Today, Alex Yee ran the second fastest EVER!
Alex ran a time of 13:57 at Dulwich parkrun in London
January 1
Natalie Hicks clocked up 100 parkruns
On the comeback trail from a traumatic injury (child birth) and setting some big running goals for 2019/20. And you know what? She has the heart and commitment to do it!
We clocked up a double parkrun starting in Cobram or Euroa and finishing in Shepparton. This was followed by about 40 runners making their way to The Butter Factory for brunch. Thanks to Chelsea Nicholson for organising that.
The alarm is set for 5am and despite getting in late from a work Christmas party Paul Graham and Katherine “Caddy” Oswin are preparing to drive the three hours from Melbourne to Wangaratta to complete their 55th different Victorian parkrun in just over a year. It seems a long way to go for a five-kilometre event lasting little more than 20 minutes, especially given the Richmond couple has a perfectly good parkrun just around the corner at Westerfolds.
They’re chasing Victorian statesmanship. The full story here.
Some race results
Trevor Dainton Two Bays trail run 28 km 2:49:04
Grant Hicks Two Bays trail run 28 km 2:33:12
Tom Avram 2XU Triathlon sprint 600m/26.7km/5km 1:22:03 2nd in division
Now you are updated – What’s next.
We will be postponing the upcoming 3000m track race and moving it back to Tuesday February 12th due to the forecast 40 degree weather. We will still be training at the track next Tuesday and everyone is welcome to join in, we just won’t be racing. Ideally, we wouldn’t postpone but feel it’s more important to be conservative in the heat and try to look after one another.
Thanks

The Cathedrals Challenge By Tara Daniels.
I have done some hard stuff in my life….and then I have done the cathedrals challenge. The weather was hot and humid which made the first four km of gorgeous rainforest single trail feel like the first few layers of hell. I hated it and even Steve was beating me for a bit….then we hit the climb and it was epic!!! The rock scrambling reminded me of my childhood and I loved it. I climbed, descended, scrambled, slid, rock hopped and talked incessantly to everyone around me about how “brutal” the course was. Once Sugarloaf peak was reached and the razorback was traversed, it was pretty well downhill and there were some dubious rocks and roots which may have claimed some of us, but I held strong being passed by people who had run double the distance in less time…If you ever want to do something hard and challenging, consider Anne Boleyn thought the same thing before she lost her head….The Cathedrals Challenge is a brutal mistress of amazing scenery, stunning and technical trail that goes easy on no one….it’s a total “never again” until the next time for me *googling when the race entry opens*……PS did I mention I beat Steve??? PPS. Sam had a kick ass run that really should not be a PPS, he came 11th overall in a hellrace than is designed for masochists and then came second in his age category….I’m super proud!
and then 6 days later we ran a 13 km trail run
A 5.45 am start saw Steve, Tara and Sam heading west to the Gold Rush trail run. After a bit over 2 hours and a couple of wee stops, we arrived at the finish point, Sailors Falls Vineyard. We popped onto a coach to the start line, and that’s when the rain started. Everyone huddled under any shelter they could find, hoping the miserable weather would end before the start of the race. It eased off, and we hit the trail. The first couple of kilometres were jam packed with runners, this event has really increased in popularity. The track went up, down, across rickety old bridges, and as we slipped and slopped through the mud approaching the finish, Sailors Falls itself. A quick selfie, then the final couple of clicks to the finish line and a well deserved drink, muddy and satisfied.
Last Sunday morning Shepparton women Kathy Fuller and Narelle Pell successfully completed their final run after a whopping 12 marathons in 12 months challenge!
The pair managed to collect $100,000 for the Goulburn Valley Centre Against Sexual Assault (CASA), and raised awareness around child sexual abuse across six states.
Well done ladies! Time for a much-needed break.

Finale Run – here we come!
By Kathy Fuller.
So here we are – December – and Narelle and I find ourselves finally at #12! – It’s been a massive year for us both juggling full time work, family, training, raising funds, awareness and the commitments that required and also simply managing our health and injuries along the way – although we have been pretty well unscathed over the last 11 months. It has been an amazing and rewarding experience thanks to folk like you!
The SRC Family have been enormously kind and generous supporters and quite a few of you have joined us along the way in some of these runs (whatever distance that was). We have had heaps of fun and many laughs – although sometimes it’s hard to laugh around that 32km mark or so … however we all love that 200m mark it’s the guaranteed I feel no pain part!
The Tuesday sessions under the guidance of Guru Coach Chris have been super beneficial to my training regime and both Narelle and I looking forward to a change in training tact and get to participate in some more SRC activities.
We’d both sincerely like to thank you guys for all your shouts outs, supporting our events when and where you could and also most importantly you have helped spread the awareness to protect kidz in our community against sexual assault.
Kidz are a big part of the SRC and as we say protecting kids is everyone’s business and Narelle and I can’t solely do this without the many #voice4kidz advocates that joined us.
So thanks heaps – See you at the finish line and we look forward to the new running adventures and goals that 2019 may bring to us all!

Sam, Tara, & Steven are off on a trail run again.
Saturday, December 15 Gold Rush trail run.
THE third Goldrush Trail Run will see more than 600 people explore the rich seams of single track around Daylesford in a unique trail running experience on December 15.
The trail run takes place on a section of the Goldfields Track; a unique section of trails which highlight the region’s history, cultural heritage and natural assets.
The concept for the event was discovered when notable road and trail runner, Julian Spence, opened a running shop in Ballarat, through which he noticed there was a lack of focus for trail runners in the region.
Sunday December 16th from 6am at The Woolshed at Emerald Bank, Kialla Kathy Fuller and Narelle Pell will be running their 12th marathon for the year for their #voice4kidz campaign, here is an opportunity to run with and support these amazing women for such a worthy cause. There will be a stack of other things on to celebrate as well with a BBQ, coffee, Mr Sheppy, a jumping castle and music there on the day as well so should be an awesome atmosphere. Even if you can’t run, it’d be great to cheer Kathy and Narelle as they cross the finish line which should be between 10am and 10:30am.
Tuesday December 18th from 6pm at Shepparton Athletics Track will be our next 3000m graded races. It was a huge success last time with 75 registrations and 58 competing on the night. Please register ASAP to assist Chris with being able to put the grading together so start lists can be published as early as possible. We currently have 17 registered, once we have at least 40 then start lists can be created and put up. Cathedral Challenge
Last Sunday Tara, Sam, & Steven took on the 10 km at the Cathedral Challenge. The word of the day was brutal. At the start line we were greeted by Helen Reynolds and Julie Thomas (from Broadford)
I was anticipating a run report from Tara, not only did she miss the deadline she didn’t submit a report. So we should expect a double trail report after next weekend.
Mountain Sports hosts up to 10 events annually. They pride themselves on pushing runners to try something that they may consider beyond themselves. Ultimately they believe growth happens when we make ourselves a little bit vulnerable. And on some of those rock climbs, I felt vulnerable and scared.
About 100 runners took to the start line in 3 waves 5 minutes apart. Sam was in wave 2 with the runners who weren’t going to smash the course. Tara, Helen and Steven were in wave 3 where the runners were expected to both run and walk.
Results 10ish km
In 11th position Sam Daniel 2:20:55 second 40-49 age group
26th Helen Reynolds 2:46:36
39th Tara Daniel 3:12:28
40th Steven Trevaskis 3:13:31
The beauty and the brutal beast

Below – Some of the challenging climbs we had to navigate
Below – And when the going got easy, this is what we were faced with
For those that didn’t see this on Facebook
The answer to today’s question is Age of Reason and 2:18 -3:00 minutes.
John Farnham’s Age of Reason film clip shows John Farnham in the Cathedral Rangers where Sam, Tara and I ran today. Check out the clip and if you want to start at 2:18 mins and finish at 3:00 to see some of the terrain.
I don’t want to put anyone off but not all of the course was this hard. In some spots it was harder, even brutal.
Age Of Reason Film Clip Check it out.

Happy Birthday Norah
Thank you to everyone who wished me a happy birthday today. I have had a wonderful day with lunch then training with SRC including birthday cake made by Melanie McAuliffe. Feeling very spoilt.
Congratulations Nadine
Feeling very emotional and honoured after receiving a Life Membership to the Kyabram Pony Club after my 40-year service as a rider, instructor and parent. I know I am in great company with the previous six Life Members all playing a huge part in my pony club life over the years. Huge thanks to the Kyabram Pony Club members, both past and present and the wider equestrian world to who all I have crossed paths with making great friendships, guidance and fierce competition. I would also like to pay respect to my parents (in particularly my dad) who passed away a few years ago for taking me all over Victoria and Interstate to compete. Dad was my biggest critic, but also my biggest supporter. Lastly, I would like to acknowledge my three trusty pony club mounts; Treasure (a 13-hand pony who was the perfect learners horse when I was 4 years old, he always seemed big to me), Billy (who was a 11.3 hand pocket rocket who took me to Grade 3 eventing) and Sonnet (a 14.3 hand dapple grey mare who took me through the ranks of pony club). May the horse be with you!!!

- Tuesday, December 11 SRC members are requested to turn up to our training at the lake in your club top. We will be doing a photo shoot, and Chris will have more information on the night.
- As most of you will be aware of the discussion on Facebook about a second key and padlock required at the athletics track. Only SRC and Little athletics will be allowed to open the gates on the track as council wants to preserve lanes one and two. In regards to the birds fertilising the big blue track, the council has plans to install taps around the track so the track can be pressure washed. The track will be cleaned as needed for the SRC and Little Athletics club.
Cathedrals Challenge – a true trail running experience.
December 9.
Good luck to Tara, Sam, & Steven as they take on the 10 km Cathedral Challenge. I say good luck because one of us will need it as the other 2 are experienced at trails.
A visit to the Cathedral Ranges State Park led Race Director, Sean Greenhill on what he considered a fantastic trail running adventure. Subsequently, maps were poured over and soon enough a race course was developed that would provide trail runners with an adventure on the trails they would not forget
The Jawbone Peak Half Marathon at the Cathedrals Challenge offers competitors the opportunity to explore some spectacular and unique terrain in the Cathedral Range State Park.
Starting at Cooks Mill Campground, runners head along Tweed Spur Rd before turning onto Messmate Track and starting their ascent through the tall forests emerging at Sugarloaf Saddle picnic ground. Continuing on to the Canyon Track which transitions from a walking track to impressive faces of Granite and the first true challenge of the run.
Saturday December 8th from 4pm at Shepparton Athletics track will be our teams event where we say thank you to our sponsors who have helped put funds towards our uniform this year. We will be running events for 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m and 1600m and then at the end of the night we will take requests for anything else you’d like to have a go at. A schedule of events will be posted this weekend on the facebook page so please keep an eye out for that. If you could also wear something on the night that is either yellow, blue, red or green that would be great as we would like to take some photos in our sponsor colours, and hopefully our latest uniform order will be ready to show off on the night
Parkrun
Hi parkrunners,
Just a reminder to make sure that we obey the local parking laws when attending parkrun on a saturday morning. There is usually ample parking in the Pizza Hut carpark across the road, and in other designated parking areas. We need to make sure that we maintain safe conditions for all users of the area, and this includes road users.
Just a reminder that 16 days of activism is on next week in conjunction with parkrun. parkrun is free, but please remember that if you aren’t already registered as a parkrun participant you need to register on the website so that you can get a result.

Track 3000 graded
I just wanted to say thank you for all your efforts last Tuesday night in assisting to make sure everything went smoothly and created an environment that allowed everyone to participate and have fun.
It’s a credit to SRC as a team and to the community that we have built, that we can essentially put on a training night at the track that has some 3000m races that people are willing to travel to take part in, we donated a stack of time and energy in having a night that punched far above it’s weight in terms of quality and fun.
We had runners come across from Blighty, Echuca, Wangaratta, Cobram, Yarrawonga and obviously our core group which is closer to home and it wasn’t in search of prize money or anything like that, last Tuesday night I think is something we should all be proud of. If you look at it, we were able to provide a timer clock for all athletes to see what splits they were running if they wanted, professional quality photos, live stream video of the last 2-3 laps of each race and official results put together and easily able to be posted the same night for the 55+ people who ran on the night, not to mention how good the crowd atmosphere was a runner, it was great to see all our members chatting to those new faces from out of town and instantly making them all feel welcome, awesome stuff!
Thanks for all that you do,
Chris
The first 3000m event was a big success and the good news is it’s all happening again in December on Tuesday the 18th. Everyone is welcome to come along and participate. Please complete the google docs form – https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSf59ytKU7oL_iWa7KEak33boxhmEiy13xZwlYAA8bnpHHkT-w/viewform?vc=0&c=0&w=1
and we will be able to seed you into a race with runners of comparable ability. If numbers are large we will have an E grade and shuffle the times slightly to accommodate.

Much more than a barcode
As most of you know, I believe parkrun is the best thing ever invented. Over 14 years it has grown and spread into 20 countries. You can even find it in some jails and some Dr are even starting to recommend it to help some of their patients. The first Parkrun event to launch was the Bushy Parkrun, which was founded by Paul Sinton-Hewitt in 2004. It grew into a network of similar events called the UK Time Trials, before adopting the name Parkrun in 2008 and expanding into other countries.
Their are many articles online about the benefits of participating in parkrun. One such article is here. Shepparton parkrun was started by Allan Connelly in January 2014. In that time we have had 248 events in Shepparton. We are averaging 120 runners per week. The average time for someone to complete Shepparton parkrun is 30:18. Total hours run: 1Years 264Days 5Hrs 13Min 26Secs.
As you know Sue Olley clocked up her 250th parkrun a few weeks ago. In typical benevolent Sue Olley style, she didn’t know what all the fuss was about and decided to share the milestone with Alan Connelly.
Allan Connelly stats
Sue Olley’s stats
Interesting stat, Shepparton parkrun had 7 Peel Club members present including 5 regular Shepparton parkrunners. How awesome is that? A peel club member is someone who has ran a parkrun in every state and territory in Australia. Named after Brendan Peel.

Shepparton Christmas Track Carnival
Cycling
As you may be aware we welcome back the Shepparton Christmas Track Carnival coming up on Wednesday 28th December after not running the event last year. Shepparton will host one of four days of the State Track Christmas Carnivals with the events starting at Wangaratta 27th December, Shepparton 28th December and two days in Bendigo on the 29th and 30th December. Riders will come from across Australia to contest this prestigious carnival. We are looking for locals to assist with the running of the event either in the afternoon or evening on a 2-hour rotation. The main areas needing manning will be the gate and canteen. As you can appreciate these events cannot run on their own hence we are asking for assistance through our locals. If you are interested in helping out, please let me know which 2-hour block best suits you. As part of helping you will be supplied free entry and a meal and maybe able to rustle up a cold alcoholic beverage too for your services. Any help is appreciated. Please let me know if you have any queries. Cheers Nadine Edwards Public Relations Officer Shepparton Cycling Club

Let’s see how many people we can have registered in the next 48 hours, based on our last handicap i’m expecting around 50+, so let’s see who’s keen to come and run a 3km track PB.
Thanks,
Chris.

Presentation report 2018
- by Melanie McAuliffe
The 2019 Shepparton Runners Club Presentation Night was this year held at the WB Hunter Pavilion on Saturday the 10th of November. It was a hugely successful night that saw attendance reach 75, far exceeding our expectations and smashing last years total of 45. The atmosphere was relaxed (for most of us) and it warmed my heart to see the kids running around playing and the adults enjoying a beverage and laugh remembering the year that was. It was also our honour to have 3 life members attending, Brian Brett, Geoff Wilson and Steve Trevaskis.
This year we were able to offer a bit more of an insight into the History of the Awards and also present the winners with both their award and the Club Award (PS we need the club award back so we can have them engraved J and display them PLEASE)
The night was once again MC’d by the talented Mat Ryan (with some help by daughter Charlie) and Awards and Speeches were presented by our President Steve Ayton, Vice President Seb Mangianeli and Coach Chris Armstrong. This year’s worthy Recipients were:
Male Club Champion – Jason Hunter – Backing up last year’s win.
Female Club Champion – Nora Armstrong
Junior Club Champion – Cadel Nicholson – Another superstar who went back to back.
Peter Cody Memorial Award – Lydia Monk
Tom O’Halloran Veteran Memorial Award – Steve Monk
Handicap Winner Award – Norah Armstrong
Most Improved – Lydia Monk
Club Person of the Year – Melanie McAuliffe (I’m still in shock)
Once again we handed out some light hearted awards and 4 lucky door prizes these were presented by Tara and Sam Daniels, Steve Trevaskis, Julz Mulcahy and Justine Ryan. We also thought we needed clarify story of the Most Unimproved Award (as it may have come across a little harsh LOL). At this years Running Festival, Sam Daniels ran his Half Marathon in an impressive 1 hour and 51 minutes (a PB for him), however……. unfortunately for Sam but to the delight of wife Tara his timing chip didn’t register when he crossed the line, it registered later in the day giving him an official time of 3 hours and 12 minutes. Hence the award.
My night was obviously and unexpectedly made even more special when I was named the Club Person of the Year. It is an absolute honour to receive the award and I feel privileged to receive an award that has been presented to amazing past and present members including Life Members Lyne and Brian Gawne, Una Cody, Tom O’Halloran, Steve Trevaskis and current members Andrew and Sue Olley, Trevor Dainton, Mat Ryan and Nadine Edwards.
Unfortunately in my shocked state I forgot to thank the AMAZING Social Committee. Justine, Julz, Tara, Mat, Steve and Sam, none of these events would have been possible without all of their time, support, ideas, help, feedback and WINE. The words Social Committee fail to describe our team, you are not only amazing people but my wonderful friends and running family. xoxo
So as another year ends we now begin planning the many events that will help us Celebrate our 40th Anniversary in 2019. So keep an eye on the newsletter and Facebook, as will be keeping you all up to date on all of the events for 2019 via these forms and remember book the babysitter for the 13th of July 2019.
Parkrun
Ever dreamed about doing two parkruns in one day? Now is your chance. We will be having an extra event on New Years Day at 7.30am. Then you can make your way to Shepparton parkrun for their start at 9.30am. Both events will be timed and will count towards your tally. Or may wish to volunteer at one and run/walk the other. This is our chance to get some extra parkrunning done. There is absolutely no better way than to see the new year in with friends and family while participating in parkrun at Cobram.

SRC 2018 Presentation and Awards Dinner
With presentation night coming up on Saturday, it’ll be a great night to reflect on the year and enjoy each other’s company. What have been your highlights for yourself or someone else this year?
Recently I was chatting with Nadine about how far the club has come in the last 2 years. 2 years ago Presentation night was at the clubrooms and attendance was in the twenties. We were engaged in regular meetings with Tim Crosby from Athletics Victoria on how to rebuild the club.
We took his advice and now we have a new website, new logos, new running tops and apparel, and we also have a coach. Coach Chris has been one of the biggest factors for improving the direction of the club. Two years ago 20 runners turning up to a handicap would have been considered good. Last week we had 52 turn up to the 800 mtr handicap at the athletics track.
A lot of credit for the turn around in the last two years must also go to Nadine Edwards, Trevor Dainton, Mathieu Ryan, Norah Armstrong & Melanie McAuliffe. All working away to create a better club and running environment.
On the last count for presentation night 2018 our numbers were 69 in total. 45 adults. 17 school aged and 7 that are 5 y.o. and under.

Four Vines Running Festival
Feeling stoked after being 2nd place female and 1st place veteran female in today’s 5km event at the inaugural Four Vines Running Festival. Great to share today with my Shepparton Runners Club buddies
Race report by Sam Daniel.
We arrived nice and early at the historic Tahbilk winery for the 4 Vines Fun Run last Sunday. Checked in, picked up my bibs, and went to check the conditions of the porta-loos. Just before the 10k race briefing, there was an announcement concerning a 10 minute delay, something to do with a track blockage, maybe a snake. I enquired if the 5k race would follow suit in the delay, which I was also running, with a positive reply. Off we ran at the starting line, through the extensive vineyards and around the very pretty wetlands, tracks, bridges and a bit of bush. Having only an hour between the two start times, I passed through the 10k mark at 51.33, but the trail still had another 800 metres to run. A quick glass of prosecco at the finish line, a change of tee shirt (and bib), and off onto the 5 k run with Tara and Mirium. We took it gentle and enjoyed the scenery, what an enjoyable day for a run (or two).
L to R Mairead MacDougall 21 km 2:44:15. Sam Daniel 10 km 54:50 & 5 km 43:58. Steven Trevaskis 10 km 1:13:11. Christina Bassani 1:09:48 Nadine Edwards 5 km 25:58. Tara Daniel 5 km 43:58
NOTE – All distances were long by up to 800 mtrs for the 10 km run.
On this course, it would be difficult to create a course that finished at a km mark. This was a fantastic event for a first effort. They had a few issues that need addressing. But once ironed out, this could be one of the best regional running festivals in Victoria. If you want to try something different from bitumen but don’t want to leap into trails, this could be the event for you. Unbelievably picturesque entrance and race compound. We were greeted with sunshine filtering through the trees on the lawn area where we had lunch after our run through the winery.
